Ripe Pu-erh Teas

熟普洱茶 - known as "ripe" or "cooked" pu-erh tea, is pu-erh tea that has undergone manual induced fermentation.  Stored in proper conditions, ripe pu-erh tea still benefits from aging. Please see the Pu-erh FAQ under Tea Mastery for more information.
