White Dew Tea refers to white tea that is picked during the “White Dew” season, which is the period when the weather starts to cool down after the summer, typically between August and early October.

Different from spring tea, which is delicate and vegetal, White Dew tea has a unique sweet and mellow flavor, with a round and soft texture.

White Dew Tea can withstand multiple steeps, making it an ideal choice for daily consumption - whether you are working in the office, relaxing at home, or on the go.

Brewing guide

To brew in a mug: Unwrap one packet of tea biscuit into 6 oz. of water (195 - 212 degrees F). Steep for 2 minutes. Decant and serve. For subsequent steeps, add 30 seconds to each steep until the tea is too weak.

To brew in a gaiwan: Unwrap one packet of tea biscuit into 5 oz. of water (195 to 212 degree F). Steep times are: 20 sec., 20 sec., 30 sec., add 10 sec. to each successive steep

Nice Mellow Flavor

Previously, I haven't been enthusiastic about white tea, but teas like this are shifting my opinion. Also, the individual packets make it convenient for sharing with others. I gave a packet to my aunt who loves white tea (she hasn't told me what she thinks yet).

White tea is a simple tea compared to pu-erh. It is mellow and sweet. It is a great tea for people who do not like the bitterness in tea.

Morning Tea

I love white teas first thing in the morning and love trying anything new. This is an excellent tea with the slight sweetness. It is my first autumn harvested white I have tried. I will order more in the future.
