We're welcoming the newest addition to the Bana catalog. Known as "rui xiang" or "bai rui xiang", Winter Daphne is an elusive and beautiful yan cha (rock oolong). This particular version comes from the core Zhengyan (true rock) area of the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian.  It is known for its pronounced floral aroma and refined, naturally sweet finish.

Brewing guide

Use 6 grams of leaves in a small pot (6-8 oz).  Brew with boiling water. Brew 20-30 seconds each brew for the first 5 brews, then increase to 45-90 seconds for subsequent brews.
