This decadent hong cha (red tea in Chinese, which is called black tea in English), is fit for the royal court. It is also known as 'gui fei hong' or Imperial Red, in Sichuan, its origin. Indulge in cacao and date notes with a smooth, silky finish - treat yourself like a Queen.

This tea can be brewed gongfu cha style or in the European style, or even cold brewed, with excellent results. This delightful tea comes to us from our sister company, Callisto Tea House.

Brewing guide

Use 5 grams of leaves in 6 oz pot or cup. Brew with 212 F degree water (100 C).
