This is a unique blend of leaves from the past three years specially created by Master Vesper Chan. The materials are selected from large trees in the Bulang tea region. Among his blended tea creations, Master Chan was particularly proud of this tea because of its rich mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. The sweetness of this tea, at such a young age, is a rare treasure. Crisp and refreshing, the energy (cha qi) of this tea is uplifting, while it offers surprising sweetness through many brews.

Use 5 grams of leaves in 6 oz pot or cup. Brew with 195 F degree water (90 C).
RINSE: 1 second
1st BREW: 10 seconds
2nd BREW: 10 seconds
3rd BREW: 20 seconds
4th BREW: 30 seconds
5th BREW: 40 seconds
6th BREW: 50 seconds
7th BREW: 1 minute
8th BREW: 2 minutes

Crisp and refreshing mouthfeel reminiscent of fresh apples. Pleasantly and gently bitter at first, then transforming into an incredibly sweet liquor in later infusions. A long lasting finish with a rising and uplifting chi. Just a beautiful tea. Works well brewed grandpa style as well.
