This particular tea farmer moved to Dali from Taiwan, and he brought his tea with him. He uses the famous Taiwan tea cultivar - Qing Xin - which is used for Taiwan High Mountain oolongs. In Yunnan, he grows and produces this tea with a very light roast. It is incredibly floral and fragrant, with a honey-like sweetness that lingers in the mouth and throat. That aroma also lingers in the bottom of the cup.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis tea comes to us by way of Master Chan, who is friends with the farmer. A small quantity is available.
