7-Tea White Tea Sampler

If you love white tea or if you want to explore its beauty, this sampler is the perfect way to conduct taste comparisons of seven different types and grades of white tea. All of the teas, except one, were picked in early spring before the Qing Ming Festival, which usually produce the best crop of the year. The exception, the White Dew Shoumei, is a late autumn tea and is well-known for its unique fragrance.

This sampler set consists of the following white teas:

Premium grade Silver Needle 5g

First grade Silver Needle 5g

First grade White Peony 5g

First grade Organic Gongmei 5g

First grade White Dew Shoumei 5g

First grade Organic Shoumei from Nine Peaks Mountain 5g

First grade Wild Shoumei from White Horse Heights 5g

Brewing instructions:

Use 5g of leaves per 6oz of water. With 195 degrees F water temperature, steep for 25 seconds for three infusions. Then increase the temperature of the water and lengthen the steeping time for subsequent infusions.
