Use 6g of leaves per 6 oz. of water. Rinse the leaves with boiling water (212 degree F) before brewing. Start steeping according to the following recommendations.

I totally agree with your description of brick. I would add a musky earthiness to it that I enjoy very much. Growing funder and funder of this style puer hope to get more maybe a whole brick.
