It is not often that ripe Pu-erh engenders a high degree of excitement but this one is definitely an exception: Thick, dense, bold and so delicious. This tea is made from ancient trees that are around 300 years old. The leaves have been fermented using the local mountain spring water. After the fermentation process completed, the tea was further stored for three years to stabilize its overall quality.
Premium leave source, perfect fermentation process, and good post-fermentation care are key ingredients for a good ripe Pu-erh. This tea has it all. As Master Chan advised Linda Louie, “I believe The Enchantment of Ancient Trees will be the best ripe pu-erh you will have come across in recent years.”
