BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 6-8g of leaves per 6 ounces of water. Rinse the leaves twice with boiling water (212 degree F) and discard the water. Start steeping according to the recommended steeping time below.

Fortunately this wonderful author included the link to Bana Tea Company in her novel. I purchased one of the least expensive tea cakes and it's fantastic! Afternoon cups of tea have become an instant tradition now. I love Bana Tea and they have a devoted customer in me!
