BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 4-5g of leaves per 6 ounces of water. Rinse the leaves once with hot water (195 degree F) and discard the water. Start steeping with water at 190º F and brew according to the recommended steeping time below.
Really nice02/22/2022 ByWoody W. Awesome flavor, I brew it pretty heavy handed and it seems to just come out rounder and more bold, it does not seem to mind high leaf ratio or longer steeps. Also I like the picking quality. The cake is compressed perfectly for me, breaks apart nicely and leaves stay intact.
When I am away from home visiting friends or family, I will bring this tea because the large intact leaves are good for grandpa style brewing i think or more western style, they will not make a mess!
This tea also makes me feel clarified or balanced or something, never feel buzzy or uncomfortable.
I have heard that puer in the "adolescent years" like between 5-10 years old is no good, I have not experienced that especially not with this tea! Our responseHow tea ages depend a lot on the quality of the leaves. High-quality teas never have a bad phase. Thanks for the glowing review.

The tea is smooth, excellent mouth and throat feeling and comfortable in the body. For a tea at this price point, it remains a very good opportunity to drink as well as age for many years to come.
